Part 3: Healthy Family Meals
When you’re as busy as we are as a family, running the roads, practices, events, classes, lessons for the kiddos, and husband working an hour away every day, it can be quite a challenge to keep healthy dinners in the home.
It’s so easy to swing by a drive-thru and pick something up, knowing deep down, we don’t want to eat that and we definitely don’t want our kids eating it. We try to plan ahead and pack lots of healthy snacks, but sometimes that’s just not enough. We want something good when we get home!
